170 page document exploring the use of communication design by manipulative social groups (cult). This project analyzes the role language and imagery play in manipulation, indoctrination, radicalization, thought reform –sepcifically through disinformation, and propaganda. The book explores this through studies in editorial design, graphics, typography, and merchandise.

The publication contains 3 sections:

Education: essays & visualizations of important information & background context regarding cults.

Collection: archive of graphic communication examples from 10 dangerous groups.

Exploration: typography & graphic experiments examining/critiquing manipulative practices in modern branding & social practices.
